Add support for Camino

Camino is a fantastic browser for Mac based on the Gecko rendering engine (same as Firefox). Better than Firefox in terms of native integration, but no plugins/skinning/etc. http://caminobrowser.org/
In Camino, pushup thinks I'm using an outdated version of Firefox even though I'm using the latest version of Camino.
Camino is a very small % of the browsing population (typically about 0.05%) so I understand if you don't get to it, but if it's easy to add support it would be a nice touch. At least so people using it don't get an "Upgrade your Firefox" message...
