Old Opera detection for float handling

I've just sent a pull request on github with a patch relating to the old Opera float handling problem. It now detect only Opera under 9.5.
That's definitely not an urgent problem as Opera 9.5 doesn't need notification yet but that still deserve to be fixed for future updates ;-)
